SHIPPING & COSTS & RETURNS

To send
ESKO Diveworld delivers in the Netherlands and Belgium by PostNL's package service. The delivery time is usually 1-3 working days for direct payment. Orders placed on weekends are processed on Tuesday. The shipping costs for shipping within the Netherlands are € 6.95 and for Belgium € 13, -. You can also choose to pick up your order in our store Zeist (Netherlands), which is free.

Free shipping (Only Netherlands) of your order with an order amount of € 75 or more!
(for Belgium with an order amount of € 150, - or more)

Exchange
If you want to exchange one or more articles for another size or another item, you can request an exchange from the customer service. This can be done in 2 ways.

If you have an account you choose option 1: you log in with your personal login details on the website, then go to "my orders". Here you choose the order for which you want to exchange one or more items. At the bottom of your order you will see the option "return items", here you can indicate which item (s) you want to exchange, indicate the reason for exchange and then register your return.


If you do not have an account, you choose option 2: You send an e-mail to info@eskodiveworld.com in which you first mention your order number and / or your invoice number. Next you have to indicate which item (s) you want to exchange and what the reason is.

As soon as we have received the return registration, we will send you a confirmation of this. Only then is the return procedure final. You can then return your return within 14 days to the address below. After receiving your return in good order, we will send you the desired size or article.

Returns
If you want to return one or more articles, you must register your return with the customer service. This can be done in 2 ways.

As soon as we have received the return registration, we will send you a confirmation of this. Only then is the return procedure final. You can then return within 14 days to the address below.

PAY ATTENTION!
Return shipments are only accepted if they meet all of the following conditions:

The shipment must be sufficiently franked. A return shipment for which no (adequate) postal charges have been paid will not be received by us.
The article / items must be returned in the original packaging. If the original packaging is damaged in such a way that it can no longer be used, a similar packaging must be used.
The article / items must be undamaged and not wear traces. We do not credit damaged and / or used items.
You must always return the packing slip with your return shipment.

Return your money within 30 days
After receiving your return in good order, you will receive the purchase price of your return back to your account within 30 days. Refund is automatically placed via the payment method / on the account number with which the original payment was made.
